"So I was flying into Salt Lake City to spend a week in Park City for Sundance and one of my crowns fell out while I was waiting to board my plane. While waiting to take off I found Dr. Palmer's office via my insurance website and Yelp reviews. My experience is that the FIVE STAR rating of this wonderful office is so very well deserved. When I called to make an appointment to see what could be done about my crown they offered me a same day appointment! Amazing! The staff is delightful and wonderful. Dr. Park is a real pro with a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Park re-cemented my old crown which had worn thin (I'm a grinder) with the caveat that it might not stay affixed very long, so I made an appointment to come back a few days later when they had time on the schedule to make a new crown for me RIGHT THERE IN THEIR OFFICE! More amazing! The work is Top-Notch!!! From the moment the new crown has been in my mouth it has felt great... no discomfort whatsoever, and feels even better than before! I think I may be flying back to Salt Lake City for all of my dental needs! Thank you everyone!"

"Dr Palmer and his staff are awesome! I've been dealing with some broken teeth/dental work that failed for a couple years now and this weekend the pain just became unmanageable. Not only was I able to contact him over the weekend for rx/advice on what to do, but he saw me first thing this morning (unscheduled) and did some extractions in between patients. It's not often providers are flexible to do something so significant outside their scheduled appointments, but he made it happen! I'm eternally grateful!"

"Dr. Palmer's office was far and beyond the best of any health care experience I've had. I booked an appointment for the end of July, but they called me later and said they had a cancellation and could get me in the very next day. The staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. My hygienist talked me through every step and Dr. Palmer spent an incredible amount of time with me talking through my history, things we might address in the near future, potential issues I might have down the line, and how to prevent them. I didn't feel rushed with him, and he answered all of my questions. I can't say enough about Dr. Palmer and his staff. I left feeling so cared for and just really happy! That's a great (and rare) way to come out of the dentist!"

"My family and I have had wonderful experiences at Dr. Palmer's office. His office is very clean and up-to-date with the newest technology, and his office staff are always very professional. Our routine cleanings have been handled efficiently - my twins and I are done within 45 minutes, something that has never happened at other dentist offices. It's amazing to me that although I live in Davis County, traveling the 30 minutes to Dr. Palmer's office is still faster than a visit to our former dentist if you include the cleaning times. It's definitely worth the extra travel time to Dr. Palmer's office because the experience there is so pleasant. When my daughter chipped her permanent front tooth, he was able to get her in right away and fixed it so quickly that I couldn't believe it. Not to mention that we couldn't even tell it had been chipped in the first place! He is great with children and makes my daughters feel so comfortable. They actually look forward to their trips to the dentist. As other reviewers have mentioned, Dr. Palmer also takes the time to follow-up after our visits. I've never heard of a doctor doing that before - but the quick phone call to see how the patient is doing goes above and beyond."

"From the moment I walked in the Staff at Velux were so professional, flexible, and made obvious efforts to be transparent consistently. I set up the initial consultation appointment online. I was so comfortable the whole time and never feel judge .They have a variety of service options for various different dental needs. I did the all in 4 dental implant and overall experience was 10/10.My girl Melissa has been with me through it all and shes amazing by the way . She truly takes care of me and Dr Palmer is awesome . Honestly ,I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. The girls at the front desk to the dental assistant Melissa to Dr Palmer treated me with such kindness and patience. I will never go anywhere else they made me feel very cared for. I have new sets of teeth with zero pain and overall the best experience."

"This was my first time at this office and absolutely loved it!! I have bad dentist anxiety and everybody made me feel really comfortable and at ease. The assistant, hygienist, dentist, and receptionist all explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions/concerns. The whole staff was super friendly. There was zero wait time, they got me started as soon as I checked in. They offer payment plans which is beautiful and they are not booked out super far which is also nice! I look forward to getting my dental work done next week!"

"Dr. Sharp and the team at Velux Dental in SLC were a lifesaver! They were able to get me in for an appointment as soon as I got to SLC for work. Within 3 hours I was walking out pain free and a new crown on my cracked tooth! The fact that their office can offer same day crowns makes dental work so much easier as a patient! No need to wait 2 weeks for a crown to be made! Dr. Sharp made sure to explain the anatomy of my cracked tooth and why it felt the way it did. He even thoroughly explained the process of getting a crown without a root canal! I felt well taken care of by the entire staff and even got to tour the lab where they made my crown! Such a cool experience! I felt as though the pricing was fair and clearly explained before we started my procedure! I HIGHLY recommend Velux dental to everyone in the SLC area! I will be returning!"

My first consultation was great, with Cheryl and Dr. Allred going over my options to find what will work for me. Dr. Allred, Denis, and staff have been so great.
